VMS is a photogrammetric software package, mainly for research but it has had commercial application. It is not limited to particular cameras and is suitable for industrial applications, e.g. multi-camera bundle adjustment or camera calibration. Developed by Stuart Robson UCL and Mark Shortis RMIT.
VMT´s industrial measurement activities are world-wide. In-house systems are available to cover most tasks. The company is also a reseller of optical tooling equipment, reference artefacts and 3D data acquisition software.
Industrial measurement has its own identity within VMT, which additionally offers systems for tunnelling and deformation measurement.
Volume Graphics is part of Hexagon MI and develops software for the analysis and visualization of industrial 3D computed tomography (CT) data. The company also offers a related training programme (VG Academy) and consultancy in its specialist field.
Voyis previously was 2G Robotics and is part of the Covelya Group. They manufacturer underwater laser scanning and imaging systems, also for AUVs and ROVs.
VRScan3D is a virtual laser scanner for simulating 3D capture with TLS (Terrestrial Laser Scanners / polar scanners). The simulator includes interfaces for specific commercial scanners and is designed as an eLearning tool.
VyzAI is the sister company to Photo-X (separate listing) offering 3D shape–based AI to consumer and industrial clients.
