Facilities

Our premises on Victory Road is made up of offices, a large warehouse and workshop with in house manufacturing capability for our rig building activities. We employ a team of highly skilled engineers and manufacturing technicians, all with wide ranging specialisms and a think outside the box mentality. We have the ability to mould our workspaces to suit each individual project.

Projects

Past projects have included;

  • Full 360° photogrammetry techniques of small and large components to fit within a bespoke post-processing analysis workflow. Custom algorithms were also developed to understand the orientation of the object for alignment and conversion to 3D PDF formats for mass distribution within a business (no specialised CAD package required).
  • Using stereoscopic imaging techniques to profile the surface topology of a reflective and translucent material.
  • Fiducial marker tracking of 3D geometry in harsh environments using miniature cameras. 
  • Model matching techniques to map camera views to CAD geometry in challenging axisymmetric environments. 
  • We have combined our expertise of research and test rig design to integrate 3D metrology techniques for an industrial setting that is practical. This has allowed repeatable complex measurements to be made the same or multiple parts allowing the end users to focus on the downstream analysis.
